2014 AIA Honolulu Scholarship Recipients

In 2014 AIA Honolulu together with additional grant support from AIA National awarded $1000 scholarship grants to two University of Hawaii School of Architecture students.

2013 AIA Honolulu Scholarship Recipients

In 2013 AIA Honolulu together with additional grant support from AIA National awarded $1000 scholarship grants to two University of Hawaii School of Architecture students.

The picture was taken Sept. 24, 2013 when our AIA Honolulu representatives met with the new Interim Dean together with the scholarship recipients at the School of Architecture to present them with their certificates.

 

2012 AIA Honolulu Scholarship Recipients

In 2012 AIA Honolulu together with additional grant support from AIA National awarded $1000 scholarship grants to three (3) University of Hawaii School of Architecture students. The criteria for this award was based on their overall ability, desire, determination and potential for successfully completing their architectural education.

Clark Llewellyn, AIA, Dean of UHSoA presented the awards at a lunch program that recognized the great work of many students, and highlighted some of the community service programs headed by UHSoA faculty and their students.


2011 AIA Honolulu Scholarship Recipients

In 2011, AIA Honolulu awarded $1000 scholarship grants to two University of Hawaii School of Architecture students.

Now in its third year, the Chapter also applied for additional grant support from AIA National which resulted in that each recipient received an additional $500 for a total of $1500 per recipient to supplement our locally awarded funds.

2010 AIA Honolulu Scholarship Recipients

In 2010, AIA Honolulu awarded a total of $2000 to two University of Hawaii School of Architecture students. With the additional AIA National matching grant, each recipient received an additional $250 for a total of $1250 per recipient.

In 2009 AIA Honolulu awarded a total of $2000 to two University of Hawaii School of Architecture students.
