AIA Contract Documents
AIA Contract Documents are the industry’s most respected and widely-accepted contract agreements in the market, and have been for over 120 years. Anyone may use and purchase AIA contract documents but all AIA Honolulu members receives a discounted rate.
All registered Architect Members (except those with Emeritus status) must complete 18 Continuing Education Hours (CEHs) and at least 12 in topics related to health, safety and welfare.
Also, to maintain your license in Hawaii, all registered architects (incl. practicing Emeritus members) must complete 16 Continuing Education Hours every two years in public protection topics (HSW).
