APA Hawaii: O‘ahu General Plan update process - O‘ahu 2035
Join APA Hawaii on Tuesday, April 4th to hear Kathy Sokugawa, Acting Director of the Department of Planning and Permitting (DPP) for the City and County of Honolulu, and Scott Ezer, Principal at HHF Planners, talk about the O‘ahu General Plan update process - O‘ahu 2035.
The O‘ahu General Plan for the City and County of Honolulu is intended to be a dynamic document, expressing the aspirations of the residents of O‘ahu. It sets forth the long-range objectives and policies for the general welfare and, together with the regional development plans, provides a direction and framework to guide the programs and activities of the City and County of Honolulu. An update to the Plan is currently underway, looking at the critical issues of growth, development, and quality of life that island residents are most concerned about, including regional population, economic health, affordable housing, and sustainability.

Cost: The cost is $10 for APA members, $15 for non-members, and free for students. The room accommodates up to 49 people, so please sign up early to guarantee a seat.
