Job Description |
RIM Architects (Hawaii) has an intriguing opportunity for a registered Architect with 7+ years experience and proven proficiency as a Project Architect to join our team and make a rewarding impact at RIM.
A strong technical background, a working knowledge of construction, codes and technical standards is required. Must have demonstrated ability to produce high quality designs, prepare specifications (using Master Spec and SpecsInTact), and working drawings using AutoCAD, and/or Revit Architecture 2012 and Bentley Architecture V8i. In addition to strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills, expertise in delegation with team and client negotiation a must. Experience and desire to work on Healthcare projects is a plus.
