Meeting Information:
All active AIA Honolulu members are invited to attend this meeting where elections will be held to fill expiring terms for 2019 AIA Honolulu Officers and Directors and a AIA Honolulu Representative to the AIA Hawaii State Council.

Who Can Vote?
As stated in the Bylaws, all AIA members and Associate AIA members in good standing for 2018, and assigned by the Institute to this Chapter as their primary membership, are eligible to vote at this meeting. Local allied members may attend but may not vote at this meeting.

Attend - Need Quorum of 10%:
According to Hawaii State Law requirement, all non-profit organizations need to meet a quorum of 10% of our membership to participate when we conduct our elections.

Vote by Limited Proxy: If you cannot attend the AIA Honolulu Annual Business Meeting per the Bylaws eligibility requirement email Jacy Youn, Executive Vice President, AIA Honolulu, or call her at (808) 628-7244 before COB on September 17 (prior to the meeting). Upon request, as noted, you will be provided with instructions to execute your vote by proxy.
