As stated in the Bylaws\, all AIA members and Associate AIA members in good standing for 2026\, and assigned by the Institute to this Chapter as their primary membership\, are eligible to vote at this meeting. Local allied members may attend but may not vote at this meeting. \nVote by Limited Proxy: An eligible member may vote by proxy for the limited purpose of the election of directors and officers\, provided that the members certify he/she will not be in a 25-mile radius of the meeting location at the date of the meeting. The proxy shall be executed in writing and sent to the Secretary of the Chapter prior to the meeting on October 21.
