PROJECT MANAGER

Description

Creative mixed-use multifamily residential, commercial office, and civic/educational design architectural firm looking for driven, capable, and outgoing candidates. Candidates must be capable of preparing complete permit-ready document sets for submittal to local jurisdictions having authority. Responsibilities will include a wide range of design and document preparation tasks ranging from residential and commercial construction documentation and specification preparation; to preparing graphics for project proposals. 5+ years of professional architectural experience and a B.Arch or equivalent professional degree are required. Revit, Word, and Excel efficiency are a necessity as are strong speaking, writing/communication skills. Sketchup, Photoshop & AI proficiency is a plus. LEED, WELL AP & HI Arch License desired.

o CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION EXPERIENCE
o MXD USE MULTIFAMILY &/OR CIVIC / OFFICE EXPERIENCE
