June 19 Free Webinar: Honolulu Amendments to the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code (1.5 HSW)

Register HERE! Friday, June 19, 12-1:30pm

The new code is here! This webinar covers the new City and County of Honolulu amendments to the 2015 IECC, which were approved by the City Council in May and signed into law by Mayor Caldwell on June 4th. Code changes affect both residential and nonresidential requirements. The amendments include changes to envelope efficiency and lighting control requirements as well as provisions for solar electric and electric vehicle readiness.

The code is a critical part of Hawai‘i’s path toward meeting energy and carbon targets and in designing high-performance buildings that benefit occupants and the environment.  Sponsored by Hawai‘i Energy and the Hawai‘i State Energy Office with AIA Honolulu Chapter.  View flyer.

Presented by Erik Kolderup, PE, with special guest Rocky Mould of the City’s Office of Climate Change, Sustainability and Resiliency.
