AIA Leadership Summit is the premier advocacy and leadership training event for AIA chapter leaders. The annual event is always one of AIA’s best attended leadership events—offering attendees a unique platform to engage in critical policy discussions with lawmakers while enhancing their leadership skills as AEC professionals and AIA chapter leaders.
The 2026 AIA Leadership Summit will take place February 11–14 at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C.
Connect with nearly 700 AIA members, volunteer leaders, and chapter executives while strengthening leadership skills, aligning advocacy for greater impact, and exploring best practices in association management.
Highlights include a keynote from futurist April Rinne on the “Flux Mindset,” Capitol Hill visits, the Excellence in Board Leadership session for executive directors and presidents, and insights from AIA’s new EVP/CEO Carole Wedge, FAIA.
