Project Designer with Revit Experience

FSC Architects is a Honolulu based international design firm specializing in hospitality design with a boutique design practice.

We are looking for a Project Designer. The position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in architecture, 3-5 years of experience, preferably in hospitality design, licensure preferred and verifiable past project design.

Works independently on architectural design projects and often coordinates project design efforts. Develops planning and creative-design concepts for
projects. Prepares presentation and design drawings and details. Requires substantial experience, 3-5 years in developing details and providing
planning and design support in the preparation of design development. This entails showing leadership capability and developing creative design
solutions that are appropriate to the program and meet or exceed project design expectations.

Demonstrates good freehand drawing skills - that are particularly important during the Concept Design Phase – creativity, foresight
and a growing maturity of design judgment for solving design problems. This position requires responsibility for specific technical design drawings,
evaluation and recommendation of design solutions. The position requires a positive attitude, sound judgment and a high sense of professionalism and
integrity. As we work in a team environment this position also requires working well with others and being able to support the design direction of
others.

Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD skills are required. Sketchup or other 3-D modeling, Photoshop, In-Design and/or other presentation software skills are preferred.

Hybrid work environment.

Position may require international travel on a regular basis.
