Stanford will Cover TWO Important Up and Coming Developments:
1. New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED): Stanford will discuss the vision for an integrated stadium district that honors Hālawa’s history and fosters economic, cultural, and community growth. Topics include:
- Master plan integrating parks, housing, and commercial spaces
- Mobility planning with pedestrian and bike-friendly design
- Sustainability strategies for energy and water conservation
- Cultural programs, including partnerships with the Polynesian Voyaging Society and a Hawaiʻi Music Hall of Fame
2. Hale Mōʻiliʻili: An upcoming mixed-use development near Stadium Park, part of the Department of Hawaiian Homelands initiative. Discussion will cover:
- 271 rental units and 24 townhomes for Native Hawaiian families
- 4,000 sq. ft. of retail space to enhance neighborhood vibrancy
- Five-story parking garage for residents and visitors
