Emerging Professional
Mentorship Program – Lineage
Things I Wish I Knew Earlier in My Career
Featuring Dwight Mitsunaga, FAIA
Join us for the inaugural session of AIA Honolulu’s Emerging Professional Mentorship Program – Lineage, a new series designed to connect emerging professionals with respected leaders in Hawaii’s architecture community through candid conversation and shared experiences.
For this session, Dwight Mitsunaga, FAIA, will reflect on lessons learned throughout his career, exploring the theme “Things I Wish I Knew Earlier in My Career.”
In an informal setting, attendees have the opportunity to ask questions on topics such as navigating the first five years of practice, what architecture school doesn’t teach, career transitions, professional growth, and learning from mistakes.
Whether you are just beginning your career or looking for guidance on your next professional step, this is a unique opportunity to learn from one of Hawaii’s most respected architects.
