AIA Honolulu invites you to a lunchtime talk with one of the founders of Pacific Academy of Building Design (PABD)—Hawaii's newest design school.

It's an excellent opportunity for firm leaders and hiring managers to understand the competencies of those who complete the PABD program and consider how they might fit into your team's needs.

If you're involved in hiring, especially for entry-level positions or internships, this is a chance to learn what kind of training and experience PABD students are getting, and how that compares to more traditional university or community college routes. Bring your questions—we’ll talk about skills, expectations, and what firms should know as these grads enter the job market.
