ARCHITECT

Description

Immediate opening for an Architect with

• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of commercial and/or institutional experience.

• Experience and knowledge in the preparation of design, construction, and planning documents in areas of general drafting, cadd operation, and graphic delineation.

• Capable in the preparation of design development and construction documents.

• Applicant must have a thorough knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations in the State of Hawaii.

• Have positive and strong interpersonal and communication skills to be a team leader, player, and coordinator.

• Microsoft Office and AutoCAD experience required.

• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator or other CAD technologies highly desirable and preferable.

• Accredited Architectural degree and licensure required.

• LEED accreditation is highly desirable and preferable.
