Architectural Project Manager

FAI Architects is a locally owned, Honolulu-based architecture design firm specializing in historic preservation, interior design, and planning. Our diverse portfolio spans commercial, residential, government, and institutional projects. We are family oriented and passionate about working together as a team.

Your Role:
As a Project Manager, you will see project come to life -- from concept design through construction completion. Your leadership and organizational expertise to deliver exceptional architectural projects on time and within budget is key. Serving as a liaison between our project team, clients, and consultants, you will drive the project team and delivery while upholding the quality and care that defines our work.

Job Qualifications
 Professional degree in Architecture.
 Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management of architectural projects.
 Licensed or licensure track preferred.
 Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and AutoCAD.
 Knowledge of Revit is desirable.
 Dedicated team player.
 Strong communication skills.
 Effective time management.
 Strong organizational skills.
 Cultivate client retention, build relationships, and develop team holistically.

 Experience in Federal or Hawaii State government work is desirable.
