INTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER/ PROJECT MANAGER

Immediate opening for an Interior Architectural Designer/Project Manager with

• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of commercial and/or institutional experience.

• Experience and knowledge in the preparation of design and construction documents.

• The applicant must have a thorough knowledge of building codes in the State of Hawaii.

• Have positive and strong interpersonal and communication skills to be a team leader, player, and coordinator.

• Microsoft Office and AutoCAD experience required.

• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator or other CAD technologies highly desirable and preferable.

• Architectural License and LEED accreditation preferred but not required.

• Provides design and drafting direction and some support for a variety of interior design projects including developing interior design environments for institutional, educational and commercial/industrial buildings.

• Able to initiate and perform all aspects of a project from design through construction.

• Performs design and project management duties in the planning, design, and installation of interior architectural projects.
