PROJECT ARCHITECT/MANAGER

Description

Immediate opening for a Project Architect/Manager with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of commercial and/or institutional experience with an emphasis in Construction Administration. The ability to coordinate and produce a complete construction document set is essential. Experience in sustainable design, construction administration processes, and managing a minimum five-person architectural team with consultants/engineers required.

Applicant must have a thorough knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations in the State of Hawaii, and have positive and strong interpersonal and communication skills to be a team leader, player, and coordinator.

• Project management, client contact/retention, and leadership skills required.
• Accredited Architectural degree and licensure required.
• Microsoft Office and AutoCAD experience required.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator or other CAD technologies highly desirable and preferable.
• LEED accreditation is highly desirable and preferable.
