We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Specification and Estimating Teams, assisting with door schedule/hardware data entry and product data. This role is ideal for someone with a background in architecture or construction, and can work independently.

What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and meet deadlines
• Review and input door schedules and hardware with a high level of accuracy (training provided)
• Assist with compiling product data for Finish Hardware Specifications and Submittals
• Assist in various tasks and projects, contributing to the smooth operation of the company

What We’re Looking For:
• Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and management

Qualifications:
• Computer Experience is required, with strong Excel and Bluebeam skills
• Understanding of Construction Plans and Specifications
• Experience in the construction industry, preferably with doors, frames, and hardware
• Background in architecture, engineering, or related fields is preferred
